Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred for the role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus one year mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to meet physical, mental and emotional demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent residents on the unit.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents and support the therapeutic milieu.
• Develop and implement patient behavioral programs and document behaviors.
• Foster positive relationships across the facility and follow policies.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and adapt to flexible schedules.
