Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical skills; coordinate discharge planning.
• Participate in efforts to improve care quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Accept referrals and serve as admitting, attending, or consulting physician for hospitalized patients.
• Engage in academic activities such as medical education and research.
• Provide proper documentation and handle insurance denials promptly.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations, including on-call duties.
