• Develops and maintains policies and procedures for planning, implementing, and monitoring medical treatments for all residents.
• Maintains and updates medical records including developmental assessments and immunizations.
• Monitors medication administration per doctors’ orders and ensures compliance.
• Coordinates medical, dental, and eye care appointments while complying with licensing regulations.
• Functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop individual treatment plans.
• Provides consultation to staff on health issues and liaises with healthcare providers.
