Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or related field.
• Prior experience in family therapy or youth services is preferable but not required.
• Ability to coordinate with schools, medical and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of one-hour weekly, home-based family therapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 10–15 families for 8–26 weeks.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate discharge planning and documentation; collaborate with stakeholders.
