Qualifications

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD) required.
• Licenses and Credentials: Psychologist [MA] – Eligible.
• Experience with evidence‑based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and adolescent psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient therapy services using approved clinical methods.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy based on patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care providers for coordinated treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and care planning.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions.
• Assist in developing new program materials.
• Comply with all laws and regulations regarding patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
