Job summary

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are seeking a compassionate counselor to join our Pottstown, PA campus. The position focuses on relationship-based support for adolescents, providing individual and group counseling, and facilitating restorative circles in a structured school setting.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM–3:45 PM and Friday 7:45 AM–2:45 PM, with no evenings or weekends. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and EAP, plus a program to earn a graduate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (counseling, education, psychology, social work, or related).
• Experience with adolescents and supporting behavioral or social-emotional needs.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations.
• Experience with restorative practices, trauma-informed approaches, school-based counseling, or working with youth facing challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with adolescents.
• Provide individual and group counseling support.
• Facilitate group sessions and restorative circles.
• Support students in developing social-emotional, behavioral, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Implement behavioral interventions and help students work through challenging situations.
