Formación

• Valid UT clinical license (LCSW/CSW/LMFT/AMFT/CMHC/ACMHC).
• Strong background of cognitive behavioral therapy; preferably working with adolescents.
• Effective clinical intervention skills to engage residents and develop treatment plans.
• Solid understanding of educational, psychological, family and social systems related to behavioral treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual, group and family therapy for assigned caseload.
• Perform initial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing case management and discharge planning with timely documentation.
• Assist with training direct care staff and participate in multidisciplinary case conference meetings.
• Respond to patient, family, and referral source concerns and provide timely progress reports.
