Job summary

Horizon Recovery is seeking a House Therapist to provide professional counseling at a 10-bed Behavioral Health Residential Facility, focusing on adolescents and families to improve mental health and well-being.

A Master's degree and current licensure are required, along with at least 1 year in behavioral health. Strong therapy skills, documentation, confidentiality, and teamwork with clinical and operations staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related licensable field.
• Licensed state licensure or certification as a therapist.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer as needed.
• Conduct initial evaluations and discharge planning for clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Document client progress and maintain medical records.
