Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review physician prescriptions and communicate the nursing plan to the care team.
• Develop nursing care plans after obtaining medical histories and assessments.
• Provide physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and families.
