Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice upon hire.
• 1-3 years experience in a clinical environment.
• Ability to work evenings and nights with rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing prescriptions and coordinating with the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans and documents patient condition and interventions.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates care, measures outcomes, and updates care plans as needed.
• Maintains safety and infection-control procedures and ensures supplies are stocked.
