Indiana University Health's Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Unit is hiring a full-time day shift RN to care for children and adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs. The RN will participate in treatment planning, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and apply de-escalation skills while maintaining therapeutic boundaries.

Ideal candidates hold an ASN with BSN preferred, and must have an active Indiana RN license (or NLC) and graduate from a nationally accredited

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions if >2 years acute care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide care to children and adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs.
• Participate in treatment planning and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Deescalate situations and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to advance patient plan of care and outcomes.
