Job summary

Granite Hills Hospital is seeking an Adolescent Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health in a busy inpatient unit. The role features full-time schedules with day or night shifts (7:00a–7:30p or 7:00p–7:30a) and rotating weekends, in a 120-bed facility focused on trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license required or eligible to obtain/renew.
• Adolescent Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care for adolescents in a behavioral health inpatient unit.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
