New Haven Residential Treatment Center in Utah seeks Youth Mentors to support adolescent girls at campuses in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs. You will assist with meals, participate in group sessions, ensure safety, and help maintain professional boundaries in a trauma-informed setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and pass a Utah background check. Expect 24 hours per week with two Sundays per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 21 years old or older.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to pass Utah State background check.

Responsabilités

• Minor food prep to support healthy meals.
• Attend and engage in group sessions with students.
• Maintain a safe environment for students.
• Uphold professional boundaries while building trust.
• Collaborate with therapists to implement treatment plans.
