New Haven is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting in Spanish Fork, Utah. You’ll provide hands-on care through daily routines, group activities, coping skills, and structured programming while working closely with therapists and clinical staff.

Paid training is provided; requirements include a high school diploma, 21+, valid driver’s license, Utah background check, 8-month commitment, and ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before day one.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents.
• Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming.
• Support development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation.
• Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support treatment plans.
• Document daily progress notes and relay updates to leadership.
