Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformations.

This role combines solution architecture and hands-on configuration, requiring strong client consultative skills and practical marketing activation experience. Travel may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – advisory to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner or support a client product owner on large implementations.
• Configuration SME to design and test Workfront configurations across capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – training and knowledge sharing to accelerate practice growth.
• Provide best-practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design and configure Workfront objects to meet business process requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and apply process design principles for scalable solutions.
• Analyze requirements against client processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Workfront items including forms, templates, programs, portfolios, dashboards, statuses and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders in delivery teams.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).

You Are:

An Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformations. This is a combined solution architecture and hands‑on configuration role requiring strong client consultative skills and practical marketing activation experience.

The Work:

• Solution Leadership – Working with our clients in an advisory capacity to help them define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner, or work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations and transformation programs.
• Configuration SME – Bringing Workfront design and configuration best practices to our clients, with the ability to build and test configurations across the full range of Workfront capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Working with our internal teams to help accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.
• Providing best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Designing, building, and configuring Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
• Leading discovery sessions with new clients and applying process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collecting and analyzing Workfront requirements against client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configuring Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, and more.
• Coordinating acceptance testing and driving issue resolution through to completion.
• Working cross‑functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.
• Travel may be required for this role.The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role

• You have 1+ years of experience leading multi‑platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant
• You have 1+ years of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
