About the role

Carrier’s Digital Sales and Serve (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team is enabling higher digital customer experience capabilities throughout the enterprise. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation the team aims to solidify Carrier’s position as a leader in sales enablement, service, digital commerce and MarTech spaces.

This person will collaborate and work closely with the DSS COE product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on Adobe marketing products.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Master’s degree and/or similar secondary degree.
  • Multiple Adobe Certifications
  • Experience working with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments
  • The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
  • Experience integrating Adobe with external systems using native connectors, integration software, and/or APIs required

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe marketing products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into Adobe solutions that will delight the customer and improve internal processes.
  • Follow established Carrier processes and Adobe best practices for developments and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, assist with support requests as necessary.
  • Perform Unit testing to ensure business requirements, system designs and technical specifications are met.
  • Review, understand, and test Adobe releases and new products. Identify potential opportunities to enable the business.
  • Test and review any third-party vendors and applications that integrate with the Adobe platform.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe marketing products.
  • Collaborate with global business units to understand their marketing needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces that enhance the user experience.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development and Adobe marketing products.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of front-end components.
