We are seeking an AEM Practice Lead to deliver on our vision of Connected Work, helping clients design and build connected platform ecosystems that enable hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. The role involves leading a team of AEM Architects and Developers, overseeing high-impact Adobe Content Supply Chain implementations, and serving as a trusted client advisor. You will drive technical excellence, shape practice strategy, and ensure alignment with Adobe’s MarTech ecosystem to foster growth for clients and LeapPoint alike.

Note: This is a telecommute, work-from-home position.

Opportunities as an AEM Practice Lead include:

1. Practice Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for AEM services, including offerings, delivery methodologies, and team development.
2. Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals; manage scope, risks, and resources.
3. Client Engagement: Act as a senior consultant, advising clients on AEM best practices, digital transformation, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
4. Team Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AEM professionals, fostering technical expertise and collaboration.
5. Solution Design: Architect scalable, robust AEM solutions with features like multi-site, multi-channel delivery, personalization, content syndication, multi-lingual support, and automation.
6. Business Development: Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and pitch AEM solutions.
7. Innovation & Standards: Stay ahead of AEM and MarTech trends, driving adoption of new features and establishing reusable frameworks.
8. Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with Adobe and other partners to enhance practice capabilities.

Ideal candidate skills include:

• 8+ years in AEM solution design and implementation, with deep system knowledge.
• 3+ years in a leadership or practice lead role in consulting or professional services.
• Proven success delivering complex AEM projects for enterprise clients (Adobe 6.5 or higher, AEMaaCS).
• Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

Technical Skills:

• Object-oriented design principles.
• Enterprise system design and development lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with or configuring Workfront is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Adobe Certified Expert or Master in AEM (Architect, Developer, or Business Practitioner) (highly desirable).
• Travel approximately 10-20%.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $190,000 - $225,000, depending on experience and results.
