As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability. This role requires strong knowledge of AEM development practices, with a preference for candidates who have 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of AEM development experience, including custom component development and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. They are familiar with front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Angular, and React, and understand how to integrate these with AEM and external systems like .NET RESTful APIs and third‑party platforms. They possess solid knowledge of AEM administration, Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes, along with excellent problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable them to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Salary Range: $130,000-145,000

This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates for this role at this time.
