Verndale is seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics consultant for a short-term assessment supporting a higher-education client’s digital experience modernization. You will review the analytics setup, evaluate data collection and structure, and provide actionable recommendations to guide future measurement and personalization decisions.

This engagement is focused on understanding the current state and proposing next steps, typically spanning 6–8 weeks with ~45–55 total hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Ability to assess an existing implementation independently.
• Clear understanding of how digital analytics data is collected and used.

Responsibilities
