Job summary

Cloudious LLC seeks an experienced architect to lead business experience architecture within the Adobe ecosystem. You will partner with stakeholders to map customer journeys, design end-to-end architectures, and align Adobe solutions with KPIs across real-time data, analytics, and content delivery.

Responsibilities include integrating AEP, AEM, Workfront, and AJO, defining data flows and governance, and guiding frontend architecture for scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration
• Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs conversion engagement retention ROI
• Architect and integrate solutions across Adobe Experience Platform AEP, AEM, Workfront, AJO and CJA
• Define data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies and governance models
• Ensure optimal use of realtime profiles, segmentation and activation
• Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks React, Next.js, etc.
• Drive best practices in performance, personalization and UX consistency
• Design and implement Agentic AI driven workflows for autonomous campaign optimization and intelligent content personalization
• Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency, accuracy and ethics
• Architect unified data models enabling 360 customer view
• Leverage CJA and AEP for realtime and historical insights
• Enable closed loop measurement across marketing and experience delivery
• Act as a bridge between business, marketing, data and engineering teams
• Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations
• Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
