Job summary

Apptad Inc. seeks a senior experience architect to drive business-aligned Adobe ecosystem initiatives across AEP, AEM, Workfront, and Journey Optimizer. You will orchestrate frontend delivery using React/Next.js while embedding agentic AI workflows to optimize campaigns and personalize content.

Lead data architecture for a unified 360 customer view, define governance for real-time activation, and mentor teams to raise architecture standards across marketing technology.

1. Business Experience Architecture

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration
• Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs conversion engagement retention ROI

2. Adobe Ecosystem Leadership

• Architect and integrate solutions across
• Adobe Experience Platform AEP Realtime customer data platform
• Adobe Experience Manager AEM Content and digital asset management
• Adobe Workfront Workflow and marketing operations
• Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO AJOD Realtime journey orchestration
• Customer Journey Analytics CJA Cross channel analytics and insights
• Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models
• Ensure optimal use of realtime profiles segmentation and activation

3. Frontend Experience Delivery

• Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks React Nextjs etc

4. Agentic AI Integration

• Design and implement Agentic AI driven workflows for
• Autonomous campaign optimization
