Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC in New York is seeking a senior Adobe architect to lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO and AEM integrations across marketing content, journey orchestration, and data governance. You will partner with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and design end-to-end experience architectures.

Responsibilities include guiding frontend delivery with React/Next.js, integrating AEP/AEM workflows, and shaping Agentic AI-enabled journeys with governance and best practices.

• Ability to align Adobe solutions with business KPIs, ROI and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content, data and journey orchestration.
• Architect and integrate solutions across AEP, AEM, AJO, CJA, Workfront and related Adobe tools.
• Guide frontend delivery using modern frameworks (React/Next.js) and ensure seamless AEMAEP integration.
• Design Agentic AI workflows for predictive journey orchestration and governance for AI use.
• Leverage CJA and AEP for real-time and historical insights and closed-loop measurement.

1. Business Experience Architecture

• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration
• Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs conversion engagement retention ROI

2. Adobe Ecosystem Leadership

• Architect and integrate solutions across
• Adobe Experience Platform AEP Realtime customer data platform
• Adobe Experience Manager AEM Content and digital asset management
• Adobe Workfront Workflow and marketing operations
• Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO AJOD Realtime journey orchestration
• Customer Journey Analytics CJA Cross channel analytics and insights
• Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models
• Ensure optimal use of realtime profiles segmentation and activation

3. Frontend Experience Delivery

• Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks React Nextjs etc
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend layers and AEMAEP
• Drive best practices in performance personalization and UX consistency

4. Agentic AI Integration

• Design and implement Agentic AI driven workflows for
• Predictive customer journey orchestration
• Integrate AI agents with Adobe ecosystem for decisioning and automation
• Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency accuracy and ethics

5. Data Insights Strategy

• Leverage CJA and AEP for Realtime and historical insights
• Enable closed loop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery

6. Stakeholder Program Leadership

• Act as a bridge between business marketing data and engineering teams
• Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations
• Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
