From there you grow. You’ll learn the rest of the Adobe stack, AEP, CJA, and AJO, on real engagements with senior architects who already do this work. We’re building the AEM-plus-AEP architect the market can’t find, and this role is that path.

What this takes:

• Deep, hands-on AEM: architecture, components, integrations, AEM as a Cloud Service
• A track record of owning real implementations, not just working tickets
• Comfort explaining and defending technical decisions in front of clients
• Real interest in growing into the broader Adobe stack: AEP, CJA, AJO
• 5+ years in enterprise AEM. Edge Delivery Services experience is a plus.

This role offers a base salary in the range of $160,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience. As you grow into the broader Adobe stack, the role and compensation scale with you.
