Capgemini seeks an experienced AEM architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. You will lead architecture workshops, craft solution blueprints, and mentor development teams while integrating AEM with CRM, e-commerce, and Adobe Cloud.

This role emphasizes performance, security, deployment automation, and collaboration with pre-sales to shape the technical vision for large-scale implementations. Based in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC.

Job Description

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service for enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.
• Strong experience designing scalable AEM architectures using Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to integrate AEM with enterprise systems, including CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party applications.
• Extensive experience leading architecture workshops, creating solution blueprints, conducting architecture reviews, and mentoring development teams.
• Expertise in performance optimization, security, deployment automation, and supporting pre-sales engagements for large-scale AEM implementations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 to 150000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
