Job summary

Capgemini in New York, NY seeks an Adobe AEM Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. You will own AEM architectures, integrate with CRM/e-commerce, and drive scalable, secure deployments.

You will mentor teams, run architecture workshops, and collaborate with pre-sales to craft compelling solutions for large clients in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service for enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.
• Strong experience designing scalable AEM architectures using Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to integrate AEM with enterprise systems, including CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third‑party applications.
• Extensive experience leading architecture workshops, creating solution blueprints, conducting architecture reviews, and mentoring development teams.
• Expertise in performance optimization, security, deployment automation, and supporting pre‑sales engagements for large‑scale AEM implementations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 to 150000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
