Job summary

CTC is seeking a highly motivated Program Test Lead Engineer to be embedded into the ADMS program from the Testing Enablement team. You will ensure testing standards are followed, mentor testers, and identify opportunities for test automation and performance engineering to enhance reliability and user acceptance.

The role requires coordinating with developers, product managers, and vendor teams, managing test environments, and driving the testing strategy across multiple test phases.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a QA Lead.
• 10+ years of utility domain testing (ADMS/OMS/DMS/SCADA).
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of TypeScript/Java/Python is a plus.
• Ability to lead testing strategy and end-to-end testing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for the ADMS implementation and promote enterprise-wide testing standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to testers and implement best practices from Testing Enablement.
• Identify and enable Test Automation opportunities and maintain automation suites.
• Oversee performance testing artifacts and evaluate performance metrics.
• Define testing strategy, entry/exit criteria, and align with vendor/Release Management.
