This role's primary focus will be on gathering patient information, verifying insurance coverage, and completing necessary paperwork for admission. Does this position require Patient Care No Essential Functions: -Welcome patients and visitors, obtain their personal and medical information, and enter it into the facility's electronic health records (EHR) system. -Coordinate with patients and insurance companies to verify coverage and eligibility for medical services. -Assist patients in completing admission forms, consent documents, and any additional paperwork required for their visit. -Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers, providing information on the admissions process, required documents, and any necessary preparations. -Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and privacy standards, following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines.**Qualifications**Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
