Job summary

American Addiction Centers is seeking a Client Support Specialist (Admissions Call Center) to support AAC clients and the Admissions Teams. You will handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate with Navigators and other departments, and ensure high-quality customer service while collecting payments over the phone.

You will use Salesforce to update client accounts, maintain confidentiality, and work in a team to meet AAC's mission of compassionate, innovative addiction care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year experience in a customer service oriented environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task (type and talk).
• Knowledge of healthcare/behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and other technology as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently answer, initiate and handle customer service inquiries via inbound calls and emails.
• Deliver high quality customer service standards for clients and facility staff.
• Update client accounts in Salesforce and communicate with Navigators and departments as needed.
• Collect payments over the phone from clients or their families.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and sales records.
