Job summary

Paycom is seeking a CUA Admissions Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA to oversee daily operations of the Community Umbrella Agencies and Foster Care Admissions departments. The role supervises CUA Placement Coordinators, Admissions Liaisons, and the Provider Admissions Liaison, reporting to the Admissions Director.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of two years in child welfare, with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum two years experience in child welfare services.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications.
• Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services
• Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
• Good oral and written communications skills in English.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; ability to learn other software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the placement and referral process of CUA and Provider.
• Maintains and tracks client and foster parent data in internal systems and DHS data interfaces.
• Manages monthly billing discrepancies and reconciliations with DHS and other agencies.
• Ensures compliance with Foster Care and CUA policies and procedures.
• Analyzes intake-related processes and trains staff on databases.
• Plans and manages Admissions staff activities and performance metrics.
• Coordinates communications between DHS Central Referral Unit and providers.
• Proactively manages admissions and data accuracy to meet deadlines.
