Job summary

Geisinger College of Health Sciences seeks a coordinator to manage admissions and student affairs services, recruiting and educating potential students about programs offered at Geisinger College of Health Sciences, through high school fairs, college fairs, national conferences, and visits.

The role supports orientation, student engagement, leadership programs, and services to promote personal development, learning, success, and career preparation; includes overseeing orientation and campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Higher Education administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education admissions or student services.
• Experience in training and leadership development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions processes from inquiry to matriculation for Geisinger College of Health Sciences.
• Develop recruitment plans and represent the school at fairs and college visits.
• Work with high school and undergraduate advisors to guide college readiness.
• Oversee orientation, student engagement and leadership programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Facilities, and other departments to support student success.
