Job summary

Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center is seeking an Admissions/Intake Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift position. Responsibilities include assessing medical and behavioral needs and coordinating response to referrals and service requests for youth in our care.

The center serves children and adolescents with a range of psychiatric and behavioral disorders, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN License (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Night shift with every other weekend required.
• Assess medical and behavioral needs of patients and coordinate responses to referrals and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Assess the medical and behavioral needs of patients admitted through Admissions/Intake.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries for services and information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan care for youth.
• Support patients and families through the admission process.
