Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or observational setting.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for admissions and obtain admission orders from physicians.
• Facilitate emergency transfers for patients when needed.
• Review referrals for acuity and respond within policy timeframes.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate with admitting physician.
• Verify insurance benefits and secure initial pre-authorization.
