Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• Perform admission visits and establish relationships with patients and families per physician orders and POC.
• Deliver services per plan of care as directed by clinicians.
