Oasis Behavioral Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to support adolescents and adults through the admissions process. The role involves coordinating assessments, orders, and insurance pre-authorizations with a patient-centered approach.

The position offers a Monday–Friday evening schedule (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) in a 210-bed behavioral health setting with a supportive team, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Mansioni

• Review medical documentation for admissions and obtain admission orders.
• Facilitate emergency transfers for patients when needed.
• Review referrals and determine level of care within timeframes.
• Coordinate with medical and psychiatric staff to support admissions.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and pre-authorizations.
• Admit patients and maintain accurate medical records for payor authorization.
