Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Admissions RN to help adolescents and adults access mental health and substance use treatment. You will support a smooth admissions process and collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with evening coverage (2p–10:30p) and a supportive team culture. Arizona RN licensure, CPR and de-escalation certification are required, with first aid as

Formación

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or observational capacity, preferably in the relevant area.
• Clear and active nursing license in the state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid certification may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical documentation for admissions, complete medication reconciliation, and obtain admission orders.
• Facilitate emergency transfers for patients needing higher level of care.
• Review referrals and assess medical/behavioral acuity within timeframes.
• Coordinate with medical/psychiatric staff to determine appropriate level of care.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records for payor authorization.
• Admit patients to the registration system and complete consent forms.
