Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse. You will bridge hospital or community care to hospice, guiding patients and families through transitions with empathy and clinical precision.

You are an RN with an active license and at least two years of nursing experience; you will educate families about benefits, coordinate admissions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless, compassionate care.
