Montgomery Hospice, Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse to assess patients and families requesting admission.
The RN will provide a comprehensive assessment during visits and initiate the plan of care, working across Montgomery and Prince George's counties. The role requires a Maryland nursing license (CHPN preferred), BSN preferred, and at least two years of hospice or critical care experience.

Responsible for assessing patients and families who request admission to Montgomery Hospice. During assigned visits, the Admissions RN provides a comprehensive assessment of patients to be admitted and initiates the plan of care and functions in other nursing capacities as needed. Must be willing to work in both Montgomery and Prince George's counties.
