Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking an Admissions Representative to educate prospective students about FRCC’s campuses and programs and guide them through enrollment from application to census date. The role involves colleges fairs, school partnerships, campus tours, and maintaining a caseload of prospective students.
You will travel to local high schools and community events, with occasional remote work while maintaining a strong on-campus presence at Westminster Campus.

With three campuses along Colorado’s Front Range, FRCC is the state’s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities and FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers. The Admissions Representative plays a pivotal role in projecting a consistently positive image of Front Range Community College (FRCC). This role is responsible for educating prospective students about FRCC’s campuses & programs, while actively encouraging them to enroll in the college and guiding them through enrollment steps from application to enrollment in classes through the census reporting date. Employing a diverse range of strategies, the Admissions Representative engages in activities such as participating in college fairs, establishing relationships with high schools and community partners, contributing to community and campus events, facilitating campus tours, conducting individual meetings, and managing a caseload of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
This role serves as an ambassador for the college, engaging with prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors, and various stakeholder, both on and off campus. The Admissions Representative offers guidance to prospective applicants throughout the college admissions and enrollment process, as well as provides dedicated support to adult students interested in pursuing college for career advancement, exploring new career paths, or completing previously initiated degrees.
This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence and will need to travel to all three FRCC campuses as well as local high schools and community events.

Operational Planning: Have an understanding and knowledge of the college's various strategic plans and understand how your work supports each of them. Understand the department's expectations to find proactive ways to support the goals of the department.
The selection process for this position will be conducted through a competitive, merit-based evaluation of all qualified applicants. Preliminary screening will be based on the completed application package submitted by the candidate.

When determining the starting salary for a new employee, FRCC takes into consideration a combination of the selected candidate’s education, training and experience as it relates to the requirements of the position, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, internal pay equity and external market value.
