We are a private post-secondary vocational college with eight campuses in Southern California and one in Las Vegas, Nevada, training students for careers in healthcare. Our mission is to train students in short-term programs for gainful employment.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, people-oriented, with a winning and competitive attitude, hardworking, and a great communicator. Candidates must possess a strong sales background.

Position Summary

Responsible for all phases of the admissions process, including presenting the campus and programs to prospective students, enrolling qualified individuals, and conducting all activities with integrity and in compliance with policies and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process and documentation, including inquiry tracking, financial aid packaging, and maintaining academic files.
• Adhere to the company's admissions code of ethics, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current students, avoiding misrepresentation.
• Comply with federal and state regulations.
• Contact prospective students via phone, email, or text to schedule interviews.
• Provide excellent customer service and discuss the benefits of education with prospects.
• Follow up to address obstacles, ensure attendance at orientation, and foster a positive experience.
• Complete follow-up activities with enrolled students.
• Develop inquiries and increase referrals.
• Promote a positive environment focused on student needs and teamwork.
• Forecast incoming students by program to aid planning.
• Participate in campus and college events.
• Accurately input activity into the database system.
• Engage in training and development.
• Submit reports and organize paperwork.
• Represent the campus at off-site events, upholding company values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Experience in post-secondary admissions or sales for 5+ years is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability.
