Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years of progressive recruitment, admissions, and/or higher education experience required.
• Other relevant leadership experiences may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive recruitment strategy and annual plan.
• Supervise Admissions counselors and monitor funnel performance using enrollment management tools.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to achieve annual and strategic recruitment goals.
• Plan and assess special admissions programs, events, and enrollment projects.
• Other duties may be assigned to support enrollment priorities.
