Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and two years demonstrated experience in admissions, recruitment, retention or a combination of experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience with enrollment services in admissions, recruitment, and retention.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
• Experience planning and organizing events.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and travel to local area high schools, community organizations and prospective students to promote FRCC and scholarships.
• Develop relationships with employers to promote FRCC programs and opportunities.
• Prepare schedules of visits and recruitment activities per FRCC Enrollment plan.
• Manage a caseload of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Communicate next steps via texts, calls, and email using department CRM.
• Travel frequently to high schools, community events and FRCC campuses.
