Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and monitor admissions recruitment programs and workflows.
• Provide presentations conveying SSU programs to prospective students and families.
• Organize off-campus and on-campus recruiting events.
• Disseminate information to prospective students and parents; respond to inquiries.
• Research and resolve admissions-related issues and finalize applications.
• Develop contact lists for marketing and recruitment channels.
• Cultivate partnerships with school districts and professional organizations.
• Assist students with steps before classes including financial aid and registration.
• Maintain contact with admitted students to support retention.
• Connect students with campus resources and services.
• Develop relationships to disseminate admissions, financial aid, housing and registration information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies affecting admissions and housing.
• Meet term-based performance goals and conversion metrics.
• Maintain database of communications with current and prospective students.
• Prepare routine recruitment and enrollment reports.
• Monitor reports and connect students to financial aid and campus offices.
