Job summary

Aultman College is seeking an Admissions Counselor to recruit and enroll students across all programs. The role involves representing the college at events and managing outreach from inquiry to matriculation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel and meet deadlines while collaborating with the Enrollment Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, higher education administration, communication, or related field.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent the college at high school and college recruitment events.
• Manage scheduling, visits, and tours for prospective students.
• Evaluate applicants for admissions to the college and program of study.
• Utilize CRM to recruit and communicate from inquiry to matriculation.
• Collaborate with schools to maximize recruitment opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of academic and financial aid programs.
