Job summary

Georgia Tech is seeking a seasoned admissions professional to lead transfer admission efforts, oversee multiple staff, and participate as a representative at on- and off-campus recruitment activities. The role reports to leadership and collaborates with a broad range of campus partners.

The position requires extensive knowledge of Slate CRM and Banner SIS, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop effective recruitment plans and supervise staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in student development/higher education; Admissions, including participation in state and regional professional organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to work well under deadlines; presentation skills; some marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage transfer admission process and recruitment activities including file review and communications with prospective students.
• Implement and manage campus visit programs (Connect with Tech, Preview, Destination Tech, Gold Carpet Day) and oversee tour guides.
• Develop and recommend plans for recruitment efforts.
• Hire, supervise, and train professional and/or seasonal staff.
• Assist Director/Associate Director with professional functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
