BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions Physical Therapist!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOCs) for adult and geriatric patients in Union, Middlesex, Monmouth, and/or Somerset Counties. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred. As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$60.00 - $65.00 per point
