Job summary

Qualifications

• Some College or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience considered.
• 1-3 years in customer services preferred.
• 1-3 years in recruitment, enrollment or admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage student applicant caseload and provide personalized guidance on enrollment, financial aid and progression.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support students and liaise with faculty for effective communication.
• Adhere to admissions processes, manage records, and track engagement toward monthly targets.
• Engage with high schools and community partners to promote programs and assist with applications.
• Utilize software systems to track outreach and report communications to applicants and students.
