Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Current SFCC student preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for walk-ins and phone calls.
• Respond to admissions emails accurately and promptly.
• Assist prospective students in the application process.
• Execute calling campaigns to obtain required materials.
• Perform scanning, data entry, filing and indexing tasks.
• Enter inquiry information and maintain records.
• Assist with campus events and campus information/directions.
