Linden Court is seeking an organized Admissions Nurse Liaison to join our team in Nebraska. This role leverages clinical expertise in a fast-paced, relationship-focused setting without direct bedside care.

Ideal candidates hold RN/LPN licensure or a related bachelor’s degree, with experience in long-term care or post-acute settings. You will coordinate care, verify coverage, and build partnerships with providers to deliver a world-class admissions experience.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license preferred; or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute care is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
• Passion for serving older adults and enhancing dignity in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.
• Review referrals for clinical and financial eligibility.
• Communicate with residents, families, hospitals, physicians, and referral partners.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and required documentation.
• Ensure all admissions documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Organize multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent Linden Court in a professional manner.
• Participate in continuing education, in-service training, and occasional out-of-town educational opportunities.
