WeCare Centers in Cedarhurst, NY seeks a Clinical Admissions Liaison to grow referrals, promote the facility, and coordinate the admission process across hospitals and community sources. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You will partner with administrators to hit census goals, navigate approvals with insurers, and present information for marketing materials. LPN or RN licensure with long-term care exposure is preferred; travel to admission sources is

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• MUST be LPN or RN.
• Sales, marketing, or admission background preferred.
• Knowledge of local healthcare markets.
• Experience with healthcare insurance companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Support referral sources by addressing questions and feedback promptly.
• Serve as primary resource for facility promotions.
• Develop information for marketing materials or presentations.
• Coordinate the referral to admission process including approvals.
• Collaborate with Administrators to meet census goals.
• Travel to hospitals and other admission sources.
