Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patients’ private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.
The Admissions Nurse Liaison (ANL) is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive and smooth admission process for patients being admitted to Good Shepherd Community Hospice. The ANL provides explanation of hospice services to patients, families and referral sources, conducts clinical assessments, coordinates admissions, and maintains professional relationships with referral sources and Good Shepherd clinical staff.
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (40 hours).
$89,000 - $106,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
